YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: It is said in Artsakh ,Nagorno-Karabakh, that President Arayik Harutyunyan's recent frequent visits to Moscow have one goal: to strengthen his own power and decouple himself from Armenia’s PM,Nikol Pashinyan.
According to well-informed people, he realizes that the end of Pashinyan's rule is near, and [therefore] he wants to insure himself in advance, to "jump off" from the revolutionary leader’s ship, in which he had appeared in 2018, again "jumping off" from the camp of the former ones.
According to our source, they have already realized in Russia that they can work directly with Artsakh, and have already developed a roadmap for de facto annexation of Artsakh to Russia, including issuing Russian passports to the people of Artsakh, transport communication routes with Artsakh, supply, reconstruction, and other matters, too.
This is beneficial also for the President of Artsakh, who hopes to become a more reliable partner for Russia than Pashinyan, and to extend his tenure through Russia.
