President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan yesterday had a regular meeting with government officials, and during his meeting with employees of the Ministries of Healthcare and Justice, Harutyunyan touched upon the events and problems that existed during the war and exist after the war, as reported the Staff of the President of Artsakh.
Once again, the head of state emphasized that, in spite of the difficult situation, independence remains the path through which Artsakh will move forward. According to him, in the post-war period, the factor of Russian peacekeepers is an addition to the security system, and the Armed Forces of Artsakh will continue to be active.
Harutyunyan also stated that Artsakh must find some common ground for cooperation with all the parties in order to solve the humanitarian and infrastructure-related issues that emerged after the war and rule out any vertical relation with Azerbaijan.
